Gainey Village
Gainey Village is a guard-gated community that is not part of the GRCA, but is within the boundaries of the original ranch purchased by Daniel C. Gainey. Gainey Village has over 100 residences which are made up of casitas and villas–there are five casita floor-plans ranging from 1532 to 2154SF and there are four villa floor-plans ranging from 2133 to 3446SF. Floor-plans can be viewed on the HOA website. Amenities include a heated pool/spa–plus residents can walk to the Gainey Village Health Club and the Shops at Gainey Village.
