Gainey Ranch Amenities

The Gainey Estate Club–Once the original home of Daniel C. Gainey, the new Estate Club, which was completed in 2022, is one of the primary amenities of Gainey Ranch–it offers residents a heated pool and spa, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball courts, locker rooms, fitness center, sauna and club house. The club boasts beautiful indoor and outdoor patios and the facility can be rented by members for a modest fee.  The Estate Club is located in the Northeast part of Gainey Ranch at 7720 E. Gainey Ranch Road.

24/7 Security–Another nice amenity is the round-the-clock security afforded to residents.  All communities on the North side of Doubletree Ranch Road are protected by electronic gates and/or guard gates.  The communities of Arroyo Vista and Vaquero Drive on the South side of Doubletree Ranch Road have electronic gates, but are not guard gated.  In addition, there is on-site security that patrols the community 24/7.

The community also features lush landscaping throughout and walking paths that make it convenient to get to nearby amenities such as the Gainey Ranch Golf Club, the Hyatt Regency Resort, the Shops at Gainey Village, Rotary Park and Gainey Village Health Club & Spa.  Being able to walk to all of these amazing amenities is one of the unique aspects of Gainey Ranch.

This resort community has it all.  If you want to play golf, you can join the Gainey Ranch Golf Club which boasts three championship nine- hole coures–the Lakes, the Dunes and the Arroyo. Residents are automatic members of the Gainey Estate Club mentioned above and if you are looking for a top quality gym, the Gainey Village Health Club is within walking distance from all Gainey Ranch communities–the health club also offers one of the finest spa’s in Arizona.  If you want to grab a bite to eat or do a bit of shopping, the Shops at Gainey Village are also within walking distance–at the Shops, you’ll find luxury boutiques and lots of amazing places to eat like Chez Vous Creperie (try their chocolate croissants), the Village Tavern and My Fit Foods.   Near the business centers of Gainey, you’ll find Wally’s Pub n Grille–a popular spot for locals.  The Hyatt Regency at Gainey Ranch has many nice dining options, and if you want a taste of Italy, you can take a gondola ride around the lake at the Hyatt–the classically trained gondoliers will sing for you and your date as float under the night sky.  For cyclists, there is a nice bike lane throughout the ranch and for family time, Rotary Park sits at the Eastern edge of the community–there really is something for everyone!
