Now that we’re into April, we’d like to present our 2016 1st QTR Gainey Ranch Market Recap. During the past three months, there have been 20 sales within Gainey Ranch–increased activity for sure and this is in line with predicted seasonal trends. The median price has fallen slightly from 2015 to $572,386 while the average days on market has fallen 37% as compared to 2015. The sale price to list price ratio is slightly lower than the average for the 85258 zip code, but the median sale price is more than $100,000 higher.
