The Estate Club, which was the original home of Daniel C. Gainey, was torn down earlier this year and the construction of the new facility has been underway for many months. For those not familiar with this important amenity, here is a Gainey Ranch Estate Club update for October 2021.
While the pool and tennis courts remain in tact, the main building will be brand new. The estimated completion date was to be November of 2021, but the date, due to material shortages, has been pushed back to January of 2023. Below are some renderings of what the facility will look like.
