There are 25 active listings and 11 pending or under contract listings. Since May 30, there have been 10 closed sales ranging in price from $395,000 to $2,150,000.
The active listings have been on market an average of 79 days and the closed sales took on average 122 days to sell.

Here is a market summary for May of 2020 for the 85258 zip code–this will provide some idea of how things have changed in the past 30 days or so.
There is ample inventory in Gainey Ranch and there appears to be a fair amount of activity even though we are in the middle of summer. Demand across the valley is strong and we expect demand to stay steady in Gainey Ranch over the next few months.
