The year is coming to an end so it’s time for our December 2018 Gainey Ranch homes for sale update. This update will highlight the active, pending and sold homes from 11/1/2018 to 11/30/2018.
There are currently 24 active listings ranging in price from $289,000 to $2.69M. In addition, there are five pending sales and five sold properties in the past 30 days. The average days on market (DOM) for the active listings is 144 (down six days from last month); the average DOM for the pending sales is 100 and the average DOM for the closed sales is 162–up 31 days from last months’ closed transactions.

Overall, sales activity is up 60% month-over-month. We expect sales activity to increase through April barring any kind of massive market slow-down.
