As expected sales activity has cooled a bit–let’s take a look at our Gainey Ranch market report for November 2022.
As of November 30, 2022, there are 16 active listings compared to 19 this same time last month. There are two pending listings and one “coming soon” listing in Gainey. The active listings have been on market an average of 52 days and range in price from $499K to nearly $5M.

Since November 1, 2022 there have been four closed sales with an average days on market of 52. The average list to sale price ratio was .96 and the average dollars per square foot obtained at sale was $465. With the holidays approaching, we expect sales activity and new-to-market listings to slow down until mid-January or later.
