On the low end of the spectrum, there was a sale at $173/SF and on the high end, a home in Arroyo Vista closed at $384/SF. On average, Gainey Ranch home sellers have netted approximately $268/SF. The average days on market is a little higher than the 85258 average, but that figure should drop a little once the winter visitor season arrives.
